Shopping malls
at coronavirus time
With the spread of Covid-19 in 2020, the government decided to ban sales in large shopping centers. Parking lots in front of the department stores became orphaned and looked more like a scene from a post-apocalyptic film. People disappeared, cars disappeared. The former place of shopping and spending in "temples of consumption" has been replaced by silence and timelessness, exposing the bare existence of concrete surfaces, after which only the wind blows.
